Endurance. That’s what they call it. Endurance training. And we are up with the big girls. Fresh meat with everyone else and it’s intimidating as fuck. Because pace lines. Speed skating. Falls. Drops. Pain. Lots of pain. And it all happens whether I’m ready or not. This isn’t going to deter me. I’m going to do it. Doesn’t mean I do not have a major freakout going on in my head.
On a related note I managed to do a transition at practice Sunday. And a t-stop. Go team!
So, advice? Anyone? Help a sister out?
